Self Health Assessment
your first visit
We begin by assessing your needs. You share your subjective experience of your health journey in conversation and a symptom-specific questionnaire. I review an extensive selection of current biomarkers for objective information on the state of your health. I use both sources of information to outline top concerns and our order of priorities going forward. After our discussion, you will receive a comprehensive and personalized pdf guide based on our discussion.
The Self Health Assessment includes:
• pre-assessment of health history, biomarkers, and symptom questionnaire
• one hour conversation during which I am already up to speed with your symptoms, history, and current bloodwork—so we can dive right in together
• within 48 hours of our conversation, you receive a comprehensive and personalized pdf report with diet, movement, and supplement recommendations
• optional free 15 minute follow-up call for Q&A after you have reviewed your report

Strategy Sessions are 30-minute sessions for personalized dietary and lifestyle strategies. These sessions provide actionable strategies for improved health with real-world guidance and troubleshooting. For ongoing support, accountability, and lasting change, consider a bundle of Strategy Sessions.
The Strategy Session includes:
• 30-minute session
• nutrition and movement strategies personalized for your health and goals
• supplement recommendations when appropriate

comprehensive re-assessment
This is a comprehensive re-assessment that answers the question “where am I now?”
Repeating symptom questionnaires and testing biomarkers will show us how effective your efforts have been. Our discussion will highlight which concerns need the most attention at this point in your journey. I recommend repeat assessments after three or more months of implementing health strategies.The State-of-the-Human includes:
• 45-minute conversation reviewing updated symptoms and biomarkers
• next level strategies for diet, movement, and supplements when appropriate
• goal-setting with clear, stepwise strategy to reach your goal
